Went with my wife and daughter. The owner and manager are super friendly and accommodating. The made something for my daughter in her size on the spot, since they make everything themselves. Great store. Highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE The Lounge Shop! I've been buying stuff here since it was originally a Etsy shop. The quality is great and the girls at the store are always helpful. I even tell my friends about them. :)

Such a beautiful store! The owner Sarah is so sweet and super helpful as well! She has to coziest things in stock and I love the new sweater I got! I get so many compliments on it! You should definitely check out this cute new store!

I ordered the red mock neck. Let's go, Buffalo sweatshirt and was amazed at the high-quality, exceptional fit, And look of the shirt! It's super soft, thick and nicely oversized. I'm so glad I ordered it along with my tan Buffalo baseball hat! I'll be ordering from here again!

I had an amazing experience with The Lounge Shop in Buffalo. I ordered a few mock necks, and when they arrived they fit a bit bigger than I wanted. I reached out on Instagram and Sarah immediately jumped in to help make it right. She worked with me to send them back and get the correct sizes, and honestly went above and beyond. She even had one of her employees take photos and send them to me so I could better visualize the fit before reordering. I live all the way in New Mexico, and she made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She was so responsive, helpful, and even took the time to talk with me on the phone. I received the correct size yesterday and I absolutely love my mock neck. The quality is fantastic and exactly what I was hoping for. This is the kind of customer service you don’t get every day. I will definitely be buying from The Lounge Shop again. SHOP LOCAL! Businesses like this deserve it.
